📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding insurance policies and procedures
• Resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the insurance team to process claims and provide updates to customers
• Monitor and maintain customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
