📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest reservations and check-ins, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest needs are met and resolved.
• Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
• Promote the hotel's amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and reservation software such as PMS (Property Management System).
