📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with driver partners through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
• Address driver concerns and issues promptly, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into operational improvements.
• Manage driver communications, including scheduling, performance reviews, and policy updates.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient fleet management.
• Monitor driver performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new drivers, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team.
• Participate in driver training programs and workshops to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support driver well-being and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in the transportation industry.
• Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
