📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the entire bid lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment to final submission, ensuring compliance with Eaton Group's policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Eaton Group's products, services, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor information, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and present competitive bid proposals, including financial models, technical specifications, and risk assessments.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring that Eaton Group's interests are protected and that client expectations are met.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on tender and proposal management best practices.
• Monitor and report on bid performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender and proposal management, with a proven track record of success in securing and winning bids.
• Strong understanding of Eaton Group's products, services, and market positioning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with tender and proposal management software, such as BidWiz, Proposals Plus, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
