📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in resolving IT-related issues and queries from customers and colleagues
- Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems
- Document and track IT problems and their resolutions using tools like ServiceNow
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT solutions
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees on IT systems and processes
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and systems
- Support the IT team in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Familiarity with IT service management tools like ServiceNow is a plus
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
