📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, using tools like Procore and MS Project.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, including investors and government bodies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying innovative solutions to our projects.
• Ensure all projects adhere to environmental and sustainability guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with at least 8 years of experience in project management.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects in Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction management software, such as Procore, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in all projects.
