Additionally, you will be involved in strategic planning, ensuring that our packaging operations align with the overall business goals of Mayora Indah.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire packaging production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of packaging technicians and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain efficient production schedules, minimizing downtime and maximizing output.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on packaging machinery, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve packaging solutions, enhancing product protection and appeal.
• Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials, ensuring timely procurement and minimizing waste.
• Develop and implement quality control measures, ensuring that all packaging materials meet industry standards.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing to the long-term growth and success of Mayora Indah.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging production and maintenance, with a strong background in quality control.
• Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with packaging machinery and equipment, including knowledge of maintenance protocols and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards, particularly in the food and beverage sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a significant advantage.
