📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed HVAC drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for HVAC systems, including materials and labor.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to verify design and estimate accuracy.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and schedules.
• Review and approve subcontractor proposals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain and update project files and records.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC design and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for HVAC design.
• Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and standards (e.g., SNI).
• Experience with cost estimation software such as Microsoft Excel or Primavera.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
