📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement factory transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Integrate Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, AI, and data analytics, to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with plant managers and engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Monitor and measure project progress, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and train team members on new methodologies and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory transformation, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) or Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI) are a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing factory transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
