📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras and equipment.
Edit and produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Collaborate with journalists, photographers, and writers to develop engaging video stories.
Ensure all video content meets editorial standards and deadlines.
Optimize video content for various platforms, including social media and our website.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in video editing and production.
Contribute to the development of new video projects and initiatives.
Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing and videography, preferably in a news or digital media environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong understanding of video editing techniques and software.
Experience with video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
