As an Area Manager at J.CO Donut & Coffee, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of multiple outlets across Bali. You will work closely with the regional management team to ensure that all outlets adhere to the company's standards and strategies. Your daily tasks will include monitoring sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring that all outlets are well-stocked and clean. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, stock management, and customer service.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Manage and develop a team of outlet managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistency across all outlets.
• Conduct regular audits to assess the performance of outlets and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and implement strategies for sales growth and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed about market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the F&B industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square, Toast, or Lightspeed, and experience with inventory management software.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, including HACCP and ISO standards.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Ability to travel extensively within Bali and to other locations as needed.
