📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and design innovative apparel collections that align with market trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with merchandisers, pattern makers, and production teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for apparel patterns and fabrics.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer demands.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Work with suppliers to source high-quality fabrics and materials.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and industry developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in apparel design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with garment construction techniques and fabric properties.
