📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Create user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials,Participate in product development processes to ensure that documentation is created in a timely and efficient manner,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience with Agile development methodologies,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
