📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
