📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Oversee the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.,Train and develop junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Knowledge of kitchen management and inventory control.,Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.
