📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement staff relations strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.,Conduct regular feedback sessions with employees and clients to gather insights and improve services.,Resolve conflicts and issues between employees and clients in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor and analyze customer experience data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless customer service across all touchpoints.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and relationships.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in staff relations and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in staff relations and customer service management.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving employee and customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.,Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.,Proficiency in using HR and customer service software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
