📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our steel ball products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing and business development decisions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing and business development professionals.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and business development activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and business development.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving marketing and business development strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other marketing tools is a plus.
