📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure the resilience of our operations.,Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats to our business operations.,Lead and coordinate business continuity drills and exercises to test and improve our plans.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our business continuity measures.,Provide guidance and support to other team members on business continuity matters.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business continuity management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of business continuity considerations into all aspects of our operations.,Report on the status of business continuity initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in business continuity management or a related field.,Certification in business continuity management (e.g., CIPP/IT, CIPM, or CIPP/E) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of risk assessment and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
