📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a dynamic and competitive environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
