📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with our organization's learning and development goals.,Identify learning needs and opportunities through employee feedback, performance evaluations, and industry trends.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.,Provide guidance and support to employees seeking to advance their careers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
