Up Sky Indonesia is looking for a talented IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Palopo.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and chat.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge bases.,Monitor and maintain network and system performance.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to end-users on new IT systems and technologies.,Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

ITIL framework knowledge is a plus.Experience with cloud-based systems and services.Familiarity with virtualization technologies.Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.Experience with help desk ticketing systems.
