Pusat Fitri Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Coordinate training and development programs,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Manage employee benefits and compensation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Proven track record of success in HR management roles
