📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, plan, and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.,Prepare project reports, budgets, and schedules.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Mentor and train junior engineers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering.,Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.,Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages is a plus.
