📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless business processes,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers,Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve company goals,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
