In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other departments to resolve issues and improve fleet performance.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records.,Develop and implement training programs for new and existing drivers.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party service providers.,Prepare and present reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
