📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage guest reservations and check-ins, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest needs are met and resolved.
Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
Promote the hotel's amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and reservation software such as PMS (Property Management System).
Customer service certification (e.g., IHCA, CHA, or similar) is a plus.
