📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet guests upon arrival and departure, and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.

Provide information about hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Manage guest reservations and ensure accurate records are kept.

Assist with event planning and coordination.

Monitor and maintain security of the front desk area.

Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
