📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and organize running events, including marathons, half-marathons, and 10K races, ensuring they run smoothly and meet high standards of quality.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure necessary resources and support for events.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, participant registration, and on-site operations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and attract participants.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and manage social media presence for events.
• Ensure compliance with event regulations and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to participants, sponsors, and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in the sports or outdoor events industry.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
