📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to achieve store targets and objectives.,Provide regular reports on store performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.
