📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, or other products.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, release notes, and other technical documents.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.,Mentor and support junior technical writers in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning.
