📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and referral partners.
