GRID Sejahtera is seeking a talented and passionate Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our growing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and a keen eye for detail. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Kuta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure alignment with company needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates, including phone, video, and in-person interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track the progress of each candidate through the hiring process.,Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to recruitment and hiring.,Provide regular reports and updates to the hiring managers and HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and hiring, preferably in a fast-paced, growing company.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System), CRM, and HRIS.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
