📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the sales counter team, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business partnerships.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.,Participate in sales promotions and marketing activities to drive customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
