🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
