Urban Easy Berjaya is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our sites, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and implement necessary measures to prevent accidents.,Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work orders, inspections, and maintenance schedules.,Provide technical support and guidance to field teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to complete their tasks effectively.,Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.,Participate in site meetings and provide updates on project progress and any challenges encountered.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role, with a strong background in construction and maintenance.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction and maintenance projects.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and travel.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction practices and standards is a plus.
