📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify healthcare challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic healthcare solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of healthcare technologies and processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare systems, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare management and technology.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of complex information.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, project management, or a related role.
• Certification in Healthcare Management (CHM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
• Proven experience with healthcare software and systems such as Epic Systems, Cerner, or Meditech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
